We had such positive feedback and an overwhelming response to our first event held in October 2009, we’ve decided to bring it back for round 2! In an effort to assist families relocating before the holidays, 1st Lake hosted a Reduced Rent Event at our River Ridge Communities. 1st Lake Properties is the largest multi-family provider in the New Orleans Metro area and has been in business for over 35 years. The Reduced Rent Event’s goal was to present prestigious River Ridge as an affordable place to live. Rents were reduced at 13 different communities to accommodate various price ranges to meet the needs of our customers.

This Reduced Rent Event marked the first time River Ridge had ever been so affordable and it’s time to bring that back for spring. New residents will receive unbelievable savings. Any new resident, leasing during this limited time offer, will receive free application processing and waived administrative fees, $99 deposits, up to $1,000 in bonus money and up to $2,500 in rent reductions.

Our current River Ridge residents are also very important. During the Reduced Rent Event, we are partnering with current residents by offering them incentives to encourage their friends and families to live in the River Ridge area.
